Blankmalaysia is a multidisciplinary artist who is interested in re-examining sites where histories, memories and hegemonic narratives are entangled. His artistic practice generates and engages with new materials and narratives through research in order to revive forgotten memories, open up fixed linear chronological narrations, give socio-political commentary or create opportunities for silenced voices to speak in the contemporary context. He has taken part in a few exhibitions including ILHAM Art Show ( ILHAM Gallery: Kuala Lumpur. 2022), Kaleidoscope Japan (JFKL: Online Exhibition, 2022). Malaysian Emerging Artist Finalist 2019 (The White Box: Kuala Lumpur, 2019), Vice Versa 2 (ArtJog 2019: Jogjakarta, 2019) and Unknown Asia (Herbis Hall: Osaka, 2018).
He is currently completing his M.A. in Visual Arts in the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
